A fantastic organisation located in Bath, are looking for an IT Support Technician to join their small but friendly IT team.
The ideal IT Support Technician will work as a member of the team and will provide first and second line technical support to all end users and infrastructure support throughout their network of departments.
The ideal IT Support Technician will be eager to learn, adaptable and committed with good interpersonal skills and knowledge of some of the following areas:
??? Windows 10, Windows Server
??? Active Directory and Group Policy
??? Software deployment technologies
??? Printer Deployment
??? TCP/IP Networking, VLAN, wireless networks, fault discovery
??? Able to communicate with people of all levels
??? 1 year experience in a support function
