My client is a well-established, UK-based organisation that creates sophisticated and engaging online services for world leading educational institutions. They are incredibly proud of their SaaS (software as a service) products which used by hundreds of thousands of people across the world.

Due to expansion, they are now looking to recruit a confident, meticulous and efficient hands-on Client Services and Project Manager to coordinate our dedicated service and technical team and to deliver top quality support to our portfolio of local and international clients. The role involves team management (up to 7) of the client services team, project management of software integrations and client services and post-integration support for the customers.

Primary Responsibilities for the Client Services and Project Manager

* Coordinate and deliver multiple, simultaneous implementation projects

* Conduct regular client briefings and project calls

* Update and maintain the client project documents and systems.

* Work (in conjunction with the Technical Director) to coordinate and manage the client services team and technical team resources.

* Oversee the investigation of client issues.

* Coordinate and provide training for clients on service and feature functionality.

* Perform continuous process improvement and streamlining opportunities

Key Skills & Attributes for the Client Services and Project Manager:

As the ideal candidate for this Client Services and Project Manager role, you will have had previous experience of supporting and / or managing technical projects, thinking quickly and keeping calm under pressure. You will have experience managing a team (even a small team!), coordinating workloads and priorities. You will have exceptional attention to detail and be able to work in a client facing role.

My client is very flexible and is able to offer working from home (WFH) 4 days a week if required.

As my client provides sophisticated software products, being technically minded with very strong logical thinking is essential. An interest in internet/online technologies will be a bonus.
