Blue Arrow Derby are proud to be working in partnership with an excellent family-run business who are a recognised brand within the health and beauty sector as a manufacturer of innovative skin technology, having appeared on TOWIE, ITV, Daily Mail and used by many celebrities and they are looking to hire a full-time Beauty Therapist for their flagship clinic in Derby on a permanent basis.
About the Role
The ideal candidate would hold a LVL 3 NVQ in massage/beauty and can perform the following treatments: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, Sports, Reflexology, Indian Head, Pedicures. Advanced facials training is not required as we will provide training in-house, only basic facials training.
Hours: Mon-Fri (10:00am - 6:00pm) and Tuesday to Saturday (10:00am - 6:00pm) - rotating each week so therefore 2 Saturdays a month will be required to be worked
Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 (depending on experience) + commission
Duties will include:
* Booking clients
* To assist with reception duties when required
* To assist on day to day running of the clinic
* To be able to provide professional advice to customers on use of products
* Actively promote treatments and products within the clinic
* To be able to work well alone and in a team
* Ensure general upkeep and cleanliness of the clinic
* Ensure all customers receive a high level of customer service at all times.
* Giving our customers a warm and professional welcome
About you
* At least 1 year's previous experience as a Beauty Therapist
* Hold a LVL 3 NVQ in massage/beauty and can perform the following treatments: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, Sports, Reflexology, Indian Head, Pedicures
* Flexible, reliable, honest with a great attitude
* To be able to work well alone and in a team
* Be passionate about the treatments you are performing and giving great customers service
* Understanding and abide by regulations
* Experience of working to sales targets and be willing to be involved in promotional activities
* Provide Body Massage
* Provide Facial & Body Electrical Treatments
