The role forms part of the Dealing Support Team which provides a comprehensive customer-focused dealing support service, reporting to the Dealing Support Manager on a daily basis.

Monitoring of the core trade order management system, ensuring all transactions are processed through to the accounting platform and settlement instruction module.
Process instructions and liaising with internal and external support teams.
Placing client instructions manually into the Portfolio Management System.
Investigation and resolution of pre and post settlement issues, liaising with custodian where applicable.
Maintain strong working knowledge of market practices for trade and settlement routines.
Ensuring that all inbound queries are investigated / resolved in a timely manner.
Perform daily reviews, monitoring and resolution of cash and asset exceptions on reconciliation reports.
Ensuring any outstanding items are fully investigated and cleared.
Monitoring and investigate ad-hoc queries from the Broker / Custodian.
Process corporate activities and match client requirements.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentational)
Capacity to work within a challenging environment
