Are you available immediately? Do you have a background in Transport or want to pursue a career within Transport? Love working nights? If the answer is yes to all three questions then I have an amazing opportunity for you! My client is looking to recruit a Transport Administrator working 4 on and 4 off 6.00pm - 6.00am (however they can be flexible on hours)
Duties will include:
Ensuring the successful execution of the daily transport schedule.
Checking the daily transport schedule to ensure that all the transport resourcing requirements are met.
Completing daily reports for the transport supervisor related to transport related performance.
Providing accurate and detailed dispatch instructions to all drivers.
Completing in-depth and detailed debriefs with drivers at the end of their working day, specifically to understand and report on any deviations from the plan.
Ensuring all drivers complete their trips as planned and resolving day to day transport queries.
Dynamically adjust the daily transport plan to accommodate fast paced changes in customer requirements.
Anticipate and escalate service and cost problems in advance as appropriate to the Transport Supervisor
This is a temp to perm opportunity working for a highly respected company. Pay rate is GBP11.48 per hour + GBP1.20 between 10.00pm - 6.00am.
