Test Lead needed for a superb permanent career opportunity based in Hereford.
A chance to join an established software solutions business looking to expanding their Software Testing team. Start ideally during Summer 2021.
Key skills, experience + tasks will include:
Driving end-to-end Software Testing activity across multiple IT project streams.
Leading + mentoring a team of Software Test Analysts.
Allocating test team resources + implementing testing standards / procedures.
Creating test case acceptance criteria based on user stories + business requirements.
Monitoring test progress, test results + reporting updates to key stakeholders.
Experience of working with Agile + Waterfall methodologies.
Automated testing approaches such as TDD/BDD.
ISEB/ISTQB testing qualifications preferred.
