Our client, a large Utilities company are currently recruiting for a Data & Reporting Analyst on a Permanent basis.
The client has a few offices across the Central Belt, and can be flexible on location, but likely home based initially.
They are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join their Fleet Team.
The main purpose of the Information Analyst is to provide analytical support to the Customer Vehicles Team (CVT) and provide information to vehicle users across the business.
* Required to develop a suite of reports relating to driver safety, telematics, vehicle maintenance, incident investigation, Transport Compliance and Fuel management.
* The role holder will also provide analytical support in relation to other areas of the CVT, including vehicle replacement, hires, driver training and Electric Vehicle Reporting.
* The role holder will be required to produce reports using multiple sources of data
* Along with this you will implement best practice project governance and co-ordination of milestones & risk activities on sub-projects to support the customer vehicles team
Key Skills
* Assist in the development and management of Key Business Reporting Suite tools published using Powerbi & Excel where appropriate, including the creation of procedure documentation
* Provide general support to the wider customer vehicle team
* Ability to work with multiple and large datasets
* Provide a great, proactive, and personable customer service to all of our internal customers
* Confident in communication and strong people skills
* Project co-ordination and administration experience
* Experience of partner management through KPI and MI
* Excellent computer literacy especially in the use of Microsoft 365, PowerBi and Power tools
* Customer focussed and a team player
* Effective time management to ensure delivery to agreed timescales
Skills/knowledge:
* Full Current Driver's licence
* Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel, including use of macros and VBA
* Experience using Business Intelligence or Online Reporting Tools
