Do you hold an NVQ Level 3 (or an equivalent recognised qualification) in Electrical Installation? Do you have significant experience within the Electrical Contracting industry? If so, then this could be the role for you!

Here at Merton College (STCG), we are now looking for a Tutor / Assessor to train and assess students on College programmes and, contribute to the Electrical Installation curriculum and its work with delivering our courses and technical certificates. Apprenticeships in electrical installation at Carshalton College forms part of our teaching and assessing strategy.

We are looking for an individual who has experience of teaching and training within Electrical Installation and who has a range of strategies that meet individual learning needs. You will have knowledge of awarding bodies and codes of practice for assessing standards in the electrical industry.

A teaching qualification is not essential; however, we do ask that you are willing to participate in staff development to achieve such a qualification.
