* Ability to compile a customer focused, concise and compelling response
* Ability to work in a high-pressure environment at maximum quality
* Ability to coach subject matter experts in bid writing skills and best practice
* Knowledge of using Storyboarding techniques with subject matter experts
* Ability to communicate effectively using a variety of methods at all levels throughout the business.
* Proficient in building productive working relationships with internal & external customers .
* Association of Proposal Management Professionals Foundation Level as a minimum
* Strong English language skills, essential
* Previous experience from within a Recruitment Agency preferable
