Lead Generation Manager - Life Insurance
Our established client based in Bury, is seeking an experiencedLead Generation Manager within its very own inhouse Lead Generation department which produces both live hot keys & web leads.
They generate over 15 Leads per Life Consultant each day which are clients specifically looking to discuss their requirements. We also provide additional financial products such as pensions, investments, and mortgages which all form part of the services we offer to our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity within a very progressive company.
Day to Day Responsibilities include:
* Manage the daily running of the call centre, including sourcing equipment, effective resource planning and applying call centre strategies and operations
* Undertake needs assessments, performance reviews, cost, and benefit analyses
* Set and meet performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales, and quality
* Ensure all relevant communications and data are updated and recorded
* Advise clients on products and services available
* The products you will be offering to customers include life insurance, critical illness cover, family income benefit, and income protection.
* Liaise with supervisors, team leaders, operatives and third parties to gather information and resolve issues
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and involvement in networks
* Monitor random calls to improve quality, minimise errors and track operative performance
For this Lead Generation managerial role, you will need:
* A minimum of 12 months experience in telephone sales/ call centre and more importantly - Life Insurance!
* Excellent work ethic, ambition, and desire to succeed.
* People motivation skills!
* A good sense of humour - They are a friendly team and work hard to create a positive office culture and environment.
* You need to enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment as most call centres are target driven and certain results are expected.
Hours of Work
Mon - Thurs 9:00 - 19:30
Fri 9:00 - 14:30
Salary GBP26,000 - GBP28,000 (DOE)
