We have a superb opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join our client on a permanent basis as their In-House Recruitment Coordinator/Consultant. This is a newly made position that has come about after consistent year on year growth. I am personally very excited to see that this client has been so successful that they now have a full-time requirement for someone to manage their recruitment.
The main purpose for this positions is to ensure that the company meet their staffing requirements through a variety of recruitment strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
* Designing and implementing recruitment strategy for current and future vacancies
* Consulting with managers to take detailed job briefs
* Creating and posting job adverts via different job boards and social networking sites
* Sourcing candidates by using online channels
* Evaluate and screen applications and CVs
* Conduct phone, video and in person interviews
* Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to the hiring managers
* Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
* Update job descriptions
* Answer candidate queries regarding the application process
* Provide interview feedback
* Manage offers
* Stay up to date with current recruitment methods
To be successful in this role you will need a minimum of 2 years previous recruitment experience either in-house or agency or both.
Ideally you will also have experience headhunting talent via different approaches including Linkedin.
You will also be familiar with Social Media and Linkedin as well as had experience using Applicant tracking systems.
