What does a typical day in this role look like?

* Provide comprehensive advice on complex employee relations scenarios as well general HR guidance to employees and management teams.
* Support the successful implementation of HR policy such as absence management and performance management into the business.
* Guide and coach managers on employee relations and HR issues in line with Company policies and best practice.
* Responsible for the timely completion of our employee lifecycle processes including new starters, probationary reviews, leavers and exit interviews.
* Provide comprehensive coordination support to our People Business Partners to support restructures, contract variations, TUPE etc.
* Responsible for the maintenance of the HR policy framework ensuring that all processes, policies, and procedure are in line with statutory obligations, identifying areas of improvement.
* Support the provision of monthly payroll information, ensuring that payroll administration is completed in line with the required deadlines.
* Manage the HR Advisor and HR Coordinator, ensuring that ongoing development and support is in place.
