Position: Lettings Negotiator/ Lister
* Location: Letchworth & Biggleswade Offices
* Salary: GBP20,000 to GBP21,000 Per annum +Commission
* Contract: Permanent, Full-Time. Monday to Friday 9-6, plus 1 Saturday in 3 on a rota.
Lettings Negotiator/ Lister:
Our client is seeking an experienced Letting negotiator/lister to join their busy residential lettings team based in Letchworth and Biggleswade.
They are looking for candidates who have a working knowledge of aspects of the residential lettings sector and will be predominately responsible for;
* Generating new business
* Listing new properties to the market to let on behalf of their landlords
* Negotiating offers
* Assisting with the moving in process
* Managing of the tenancy once the tenants have moved in.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate an ability to work on their own initiative, and as part of a team and be able to communicate clearly and professionally in both the written and verbal form.
Working Monday to Friday 9-6, plus 1 Saturday in 3 on a rota. The successful candidate will be remunerated with a competitive performance based pay structure which includes a basic salary, monthly commission paid on the departments collective income, company bonus scheme and other personal incentivised income which should generate an income of between GBP30,000 to GBP35,000 per annum subject theirs and the departments performance.
