We are looking for a Digital Designer who's dying for the chance to get creative! Instead of just working to a brief, you'll have your chance to put your ideas forward and bring them to life. With an unlimited training budget to make use of, you'll also be able to expand your skillset and explore new avenues within the design world including UX and UI.
You'll be creating artwork for email marketing, social media and banners and you'll also be creating animated gifs and a range of characters.
You'll also be building HTML landing pages and mini games!
We're looking for someone with a varied design portfolio, someone's who been in the industry for a while and who ideally has some frontend coding skills and likes the idea of creating mini games along the lines of whack-a-mole!
Must have skills include:
* Strong experience in InDesign, Photoshop and ideally Illustrator
* Experience working to a design brief and production schedule/deadline
* Wireframing and prototyping experience
* HTML5 and CSS
* Creating storyboards and process flows
* UI mockups and prototypes
* JavaScript/jQuery
It's a great company to work for, they've got incredibly low staff turnover, the unlimited training budget mentioned above (great if you want to develop your coding skills or have a look at UX/UI), and they offer a fairly extensive benefits package including flexible and remote working, private healthcare and even discount off your shopping! They are based just outside the city centre, near to Didsbury, with free parking on site, a bus stop outside their door and three tram stops nearby. It's fully remote for now and will be a 50/50 split from late summer onwards.
