Team Leader – Motor Vehicle Engineering
Carshalton College are now looking for a Team Leader to take responsibility for the organisation of the Motor Vehicle programmes.
As well as teaching on the Level 3 Motor Vehicle programmes, you will take responsibility for the courses and take part in curriculum planning and product development. You will provide coordination of the delivery teams and ensure high quality student support and learning.
We’re looking for an individual who holds a Level 3 Motor Vehicle Engineering qualification and who has previous experience of working in the Motor Vehicle industry. With experience of leading a team, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to teach and communicate at a level appropriate to the students and in a way that recognised their different learning needs.
A teaching qualification is essential, as is the ability to provide effective learner support through teaching and tutorial strategies.
