As a service driven Payroll and Financial Service focused business the number of new employees and businesses using their first rate service has trebled to a base of cicra 4000 users. An immediate need to build a brand new team of compliance focused people has been identified.
As the Compliance Manager you will be responsible for building and leading a small team to ensure the smooth onboarding and ongoing perfection of all necessary checks and documents. You will be a solid conduit between all departments within the business to ensure every customer touchpoint within the business is using best practice when it comes to various compliance checks.
Sitting along side other business leaders you will be looked upon to and invited to bring fresh ideas to the table in terms of building an efficient process model. As this is a new team being built you will sit at the helm and lead and develop the team as you see fit for maximum results.
This is an opportunity within a open, nurturing family feel environment that is perfectly suited to an individual with experience of high volume compliance from either a Payroll company or a Recruitment Agency in the Medical or Construction Sector.
