We are currently recruiting for an On-site Recruitment Coordinator to join our existing team based in the Burton Latimer area. Our client operates in the food distribution sector.
The role will involve managing our temporary work force on a daily basis, answering e mails and telephone calls, recruiting and inducting new colleagues, administrative duties such as filing, using our internal systems, data inputting & workforce planning. Attention to detail is key in this role and requires someone who can work under pressure and in a fast paced environment. We require a confident individual who has the ability to speak with candidates, colleagues and managers at the site.
The role will require you to work a five over seven day shift pattern including on-call duties and holiday cover
