Sous Chef- New Opening GBP37K package
Woodstock, West Oxfordshire
We are looking to recruit a solid Sous to take the number 2 spot at this soon to be open, privately owned, street food inspired, fresh food pub in Woodstock. Based on the edge of Blenheim Palace, the business is part of a small, growing group with some really quirky ideas around food, decor and offering. Opening in August, their latest venture will feature street food inspired dishes and sharing plates, coupled with a quality drinks menu.
We are looking for a Sous Chef that is ready to step up and bring some flair to the kitchen & offering. This site is currently coming towards the end of a major refurb and its long awaiting opening is talk of the town.
We are looking for a Sous that has experience cooking with fresh food and understands how to work with quality ingredients. A cool head and passion is a must, along with some creative flair.
Working around 45-50 hours a week, they will require you to work a combination of split & straight shifts within a team of 4.
Salary for this role is GBP31-GBP32K + cut of service charge. OTE is GBP35- 37K
Live in is also available at GBP300 per month
