Do you have a strong background in administration/customer service? Do you love working within a busy team, where no two days are the same? If the answer is YES, then this could be the position you have been looking for!
Working in partnership with my client, we are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their well-established team in Calne. You will be providing support the team and be the first point of contact for customers / clients, dealing with queries and complaints.
Duties:
Monitor and maintain the in-house system
Deal with enquiries
Keep and update records
Logging calls, complaints and requests
Prepare reports
Generate paperwork for the teamPerson Specification:
Previous administration / customer service experience
Professional and personable telephone manner
Able to work under pressure and to timescales
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Sound knowledge of Microsoft OfficeHours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week).
Due to the client's location having your own transport would be beneficial.
