Location: Sutton Coldfield Town Centre (B72 1TJ)
Salary: GBP8.95 p/hour
Contract Type: 3-6 months fixed-term - potential for temp to perm
Hours: 20-40 hours p/week - part and full-time roles available
Start date: 12/07/2021 if not sooner

mplcontact - Sutton Coldfield are now looking for 5 local additional staff to join their busy team.
We help our clients with extra Customer Service capacity by taking inbound calls, emails or texts and actioning them in line with our client's requirements, and we do this on a 24\7 basis.
The role involves:
Handling all aspects of frontline customer services for 2-3 contracts only.
Acting as a representative of our client companies
Answering incoming calls for continuous periods of time, triaging calls and escalating where appropriate.
Utilising all available information to enable correct response to all enquiries
Any messages taken must be of a high standard and be clear and precise at all times.
Providing a professional, friendly and efficient service whilst positively promoting our clients services and products
Skills required:
PC skills, talking when typing
Experience in customer services (telephone based) is essential
Confident, professional, clear and friendly telephone manner is vital
Ability to communicate clearly, openly and effectively with excellent listening skills
Ability to make decisions based on the information presented and to resolve problems using own initiative
Flexible with working hours in order to serve our customers to meet business needs - as we are operational 24/7, 365 days a year.
COVID-19 considerations:
Virtual interviews via Zoom, Microsoft teams or telephone.
Office is socially distanced with covid sanitary measures in place.
There are several positions available on the following shifts:
WEEKDAYS:
08:00 to 16:00
09:00 to 17:00
10:00 to 18:00
OR
WEEKENDS
Saturdays 10:00 to 16:00
