Administrative support for all the events and programmes within the L&D team

* Administration of training bookings - sending and processing the training database, Travel arrangements and course registers

* Checking the L&D Team schedule to ensure that all agreed deadlines are met

* Building effective working relationships with other members of the L&D team, HR and wider business

* Contributing to the range of development materials to support the Training team, ensuring all materials produced meet FG standards

* Keeping training records and workflow systems up to date and correctly stored

* Answering incoming calls, general emails, booking out training space and scheduling appointments

* Maintaining Frasers Group L&D social pages

* Receiving course evaluations and feeding back to the L&D team.

* Assisting with the marketing of our training activities to existing and potential users

* Maintaining adequate stocks of training materials and supplies
