Deliver key HR processes including processing employee changes and leavers in a timely manner
* Prepare new starter contracts and other documentation, working with the Recruitment team to ensure an effective and smooth onboarding for both the candidate and line manager
* Review and update HR systems to ensure accurate data and MI can be maintained and produced
* Produce ad hoc reports for the HR Advisors, HR Business Partners, managers and teams as requested
* Carry out audit and checking activities as required
* Ensure accuracy of all data entered into the systems in line with the agreed processes
* Make sure all documents are recorded appropriately and filed securely in line with GDPR requirements
* Provide administrative support for HR change activities and projects as required
* Provide administrative support for HR team on all annual processes and ad-hoc tasks
