What does a typical day in this role look like?
* Providing timely quotations to the client team
* Responsible for all financial reconciliations for client activity, ensuring costs are recorded accurately
* Key contact for our Client Services Directors, ensuring they have clear understanding of monthly actuals, POs, budgets, and invoicing status
* Building and maintain excellent relationships with the client team and internal teams at Central Support
* Assisting management accounts team with month end postings and balance sheet recs
* Responsible for raising and submitting invoices with detailed support (low volume)
We'd love to meet someone with...
* Part or fully qualified CIMA/ACCA or similar qualification, with the expectation to obtain full qualification.
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Ability to support and develop a small team
* Good problem solver with analytical skills
* Advanced excel knowledge to include pivot tables and v-lookups
* Detail orientated, analytical and a solution-based thinker
