Purpose of Position:
* To produce management information for a portfolio of clients within the Management Accounts Team
* To support Client Relationship Managers
Key Responsibilities:
* To be responsible for the preparation of timely and accurate periodic management reports including profit and loss, balance sheet, performance analysis, cashflow forecast and budget analysis as a minimum.
* To provide support for the development of budgets and forecasts as appropriate to ensure good quality and up to date information is available to clients
* To liaise internally with Financial Accounts, Compliance and Operations as appropriate
* To respond promptly to client communications and queries ensuring excellent customer service at all times
* To build good client relationships
Core Competencies:
* Ability to manage a multi-client environment and potentially conflicting deadlines
* Good understanding of accounting procedures
* Good analytical skills along with good attention to detail
* Good communication skills, both internally and externally.
* IT literate with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using a variety of accounting softwares.
* Must be a team player
Experience and Skill Requirements:
* AAT qualified, studying for ACCA, CIMA or qualified by experience.
