JOB TITLE: Channel Sales Manager UK&I
SALARY: GBP45,000-GBP55,000

We are one of Europe's leading Manufactures of Audio Visual Devices and Equipment. With 50% of the business being in the UK, it is a huge region, and requires an experienced and highly proactive Channel Sales Manager to continue to develop and grow the UK channel market.
LOCATION: Home Based- covering the whole of the UK
COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Birmingham, Northampton, Milton Keynes, London, Reading, Basingstoke,
JOB SPECIFICATION: Your primary focus will be to manage our tier 1 reseller partners ( Computacenter, SCC, Insight, BT and CDW) as well as work closely with our top 3 distribution accounts.
You will implement business plans and be the key instigator on marketing plans & strategy.
Additional to this you will: -
Actively recruit new partners to aid business growth
Work closely with existing partners/ customers regarding product needs and advise customers on best products to suit their needs
Drive annual initiatives for channel sales
Provide accurate reporting to management
Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for an experienced and seasoned channel sales manager, someone who works very proactively and can work comfortably in an autonomous role.
You will have proven experience managing tier 1 channel partners (Resellers/VARS/ Distributors), as well as experience selling IT hardware.
You may have come from either an IT Distributor or Vendor.
We are looking for an individual with natural drive and motivation, who will be customer focused, strategic and commercially minded.
