Sales Consultant
We are currently recruiting a Sales Consultant for a luxury furniture retailer for their store in Southport. The retailer has a history of being family owned and operated and is currently going through a fantastic period of growth, with the track record of internal progression the opportunities will be there for the right candidate to forge a long term career in a stable and secure environment.
The Role - Our client is passionate about supplying high quality and stylish furniture that is right for the customer and their home, and providing outstanding customer service along the way!

If you enjoy talking with customers, have a passion for sales and want to join an established store, we want to hear from you. Previous sales experience is ideal and a knowledge of the industry would be great, but not essential, as quality training will be provided.
The ideal Sales Consultant will have:
- Ability to actively listen to customers and establish customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire customers.
- Passion and enthusiasm for sales.
- Care about the detail.
- Ability to work as a team player.

Basic Salary: GBP15,000 plus guarantees + individual commission + bonuses an uncapped (average) OTE GBP30k - GBP35k (the top 10% of sales people across the business earning in excess of GBP50,000)
