Responsibilities
Dedicated team responsible for managing Internal Mobility across the client, including:
Supporting the Lead Recruiter in accessing the candidate applications
Ensuring that all internal policies and guidelines with respect to internal moves are followed, validating the eligibility of internal applicants
Acting as the 'candidate advocate' for internal applicants
Supporting the client's redeployment programs where required
Working with the Talent Acquisition team in order to promote internal candidates
Complete Video Interviews to assess their suitability for the role and complete a written assessment to highlight key skills
Gaining a strong understanding of the RS Remit within the client and work as an active team player in the team in achieving objectives and exceeding expectations.Essential Skills
Experience of managing full life cycle professional recruitment
Strategic sourcing experience
Experience managing internal relationship to deliver a business outcome
Ability to manage client relationships and objectives whilst balancing the Resource Solutions overall goals and objectives
Ability to proactively analyse and identify issues and engage the right stakeholders to resolve
Experience with behaviour and/or competency-based interview techniques
Financial Services or Professional Services experience is highly desirableWhat to expect in this role?
