Stock Controller

If so, our Stock Controller position is for you! As a market leading organisation, delivering this for our customers is critical. Antalis are looking for a professional Stock Controller to join our established Procurement team based in our Coalville Head Office.
Challenge yourself with this great opportunity to join a large, highly successful and well-established international business. Our team of office-based Stock Controllers are responsible for a portfolio of over 13,000 products.
In our procurement department, we adopt a cradle to grave philosophy with all products under our control and monitor stock performance by volume and by site to ensure the correct products are stocked at local sites.
You will be responsible for monitoring and ordering from this portfolio to ensure the business has sufficient stock to meet customer demand. The team is KPI driven and strive to work within strict availability, financial and stock turn targets.
This role will include:
Inventory management: using a computer-based stock management system to control the ordering and delivery of product into Antalis warehouses across the UK.
Working closely with all areas of the business including Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, Warehousing and Finance.
Maintaining close working relationships with internal departments and our suppliers.
Co-ordination of deliveries with both suppliers and warehouses to ensure stock levels are in line with sales expectation.
