You will also support and lead the team on a day to day basis.

Duties will include:

* Managing the timeline of the project to ensure all deadlines are met.
* Providing data and weekly progress reports to the senior leadership team.
* Ensuring all information is recorded accurately and consistently, to enable effective working across the team.
Skills and Experience required:
* You will have experience of leading a team in a busy, and sometimes, pressurised, customer service role.
* Strong IT skills including an advanced working knowledge of Excel.
* You must be able to multi task and have a proven track record of using trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
* Initiative and a pro-active attitude are essential; you must also be a team player, with leadership experience, who is supportive of colleagues and enjoys working towards shared goals.
* Project management experience would be of particular interest.
The ideal candidate will bring a high level of drive and enthusiasm to this role along with a supportive and encouraging leadership style.
