1st Line Technician
We have an exciting opportunity for a 1st Line Technician to work for a reputable school, based in Langley, Berkshire.
As the 1st Line Technician, you will be working closely with the Network Manager ensuring the day-to-day IT operations run smoothly and effectively, managing incidents and customer requests from receipt to resolution and closure.

The 1st Line Technician will be working closely with the current team and in conjunction with the remote helpdesk. Experience in G-Suite, Windows 10, Office 365 and IT troubleshooting are key for this role.
Ideally, you will already have 6+ months of commercial experience as a 1st Line Technician working within the Education sector.
1st Line Technician primary responsibilities therefore include:
* To manage incidents and customer requests from receipt to resolution and closure
* To ensure service level agreement standards are met
* To maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
* To promptly complete any admin paperwork and documentation
* Keep accurate records of all site information using IT Service Management tools
* Promote best practices and adhere to change control process
* Accurately plan and organise the working week
* Review scorecard bi-weekly with Team Lead & or Manager
