Job Duties:

* Units showing from the Daily Missing Report must be clearly communicated with accurate reasons as to why they have failed Delivery, in agreement with the Site Manager. This should be communicated via the Vehicle Leave time Report.

* Communicate with Transport on the No of Stillage's required 2 days in advance, i.e., Mon for Wed Delivery.

* Communicate with the Transport Office of when the Loads will be available to Leave Site complete.

* Run the Missing Off Load List for previous 3 Days, ensuring that previously that missed its original date is loaded on the following delivery. (This is to ensure all Units are delivered in full)

* Communicate any Missing units to the Customers with the New ETA

* Supply to all 3 Shift Supervisors a Loading Plan for the No of Stillage's required per Customer, along with all the Plotting information.

* The Loading Requirement is based on a Minimum of 45 units per Hour, per Person based on 7.5 working hours, i.e., 6 men * 45 * 7.5 = 2,025 units per Day (Head Count should also inc. Supervisors) The overall loading figure divided by the No of Man hours worked should be communicated every Monday to the Site & Regional Manager.

* The Number of Filmed Units must be communicated 3 days before Delivery to the Site Manager

* Ensure that the Glass Protection is adequate (Pads Placed on Units Ensuring we do not have Glass to Glass) Ensure Trollies are freed up for the IGU Lines on a Timely basis.

* Training & Support of all New Starters

* A Clear Loading Plan is fully Communicated to all 3 Supervisors, (No of Stillage's required, plotting information, Stillage Layout) if for any reason there is a Loading issue then this must be Communicated to the Site Manager with immediate effect, along with a Recommendation & a possible Solution to the issue.

* Always Maintain Safe Working Practises. (Housekeeping, Safe FLT movement, Yard Cleanliness, storage of Materials)

* Maintenance & Repair of Stillage's

* Holiday & Sickness, when required to achieve the Loading delivery plan, this must be covered with Overtime, or must be covered by the Departmental Manager to ensure the Plan is achieved.

Shifts:
The shifts available are as follows:
Monday - Friday with hours to be agreed.

The Candidate:
The successful candidate will have experience as a dispatch manager or supervisor, they will be able to display the characteristics required to complete this role successfully.
They will need to be confident creating and implementing plans for loading. They will be comfortable communicating plans to management teams across 3 of our shifts. They will be able to display excellent communication skills as they will be liaising with customers regarding issues with their orders.
They will be able to manage employees and plan for holidays and sickness cover to ensure plans and numbers are achieved.
