V3 recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a well-established and hugely successful retail brand based in Havant. Due to a busy period our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor / Administrator to join their already successful team.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong Experience in customer service ideally in a logistics capacity
• Good administration skills and experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• A professional and polite "can do" attitude
Duties will include the following -
• Customer service to the retail stores/ chasing and updating any stock queries.
o Building rapport with the store management
o Investigating and answering queries on delivery issues
o Liaising with delivery partners
o Reporting and recording data for KPI purpose
• Planning and supporting inbound goods deliveries schedules
o Management of the Goods in Diary
o Confirming booking details with delivery partners
o Expediting late deliveries
o Validating and administering receipt values and exceptions into warehousing systems
• General day to day administration activities supporting the wider team
This position is initially a six- month contract but could become a permanent position.
GBP18,720 pa
37.5 hours a week
on a rota basis, weekends will be included
