Recruiter - Sales & Marketing - (in-house)
Location: Nottingham
Salary: GBP25-35,000
Contract: 3-6 months FTC (possibly longer)
Our Client is a highly entrepreneurial fast growing global organisation currently with 700 employees they have plans to grow to 1400 in the next 18 months. As part of this growth they are seeking an individual who loves sourcing the best talent in the market and knows how to use LinkedIn to their advantage. Managing a project within their sales and marketing function you must understand what good looks like and have the ability identify candidates with heaps of future potential.
We are looking for an exceptional and well-rounded recruiter to partner with their marketing and sales organisation as they pursue their mission to make the world understand and embrace their wide reaching software products and . By understanding the needs of the business you will build/execute a talent strategy around it. You will drive and execute strategies to source, evaluate, and close outstanding candidates.

The role:
Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and bespoke candidate experience
Partner with our marketing and sales leaders to source, screen, interview, and close candidates
Quickly assess priorities and determine ideal candidate profiles
Identify and implement best practices and tools for attracting and selecting top talent
Act as a consultant in hiring processes, HR related matters, compliance, compensation, leveling guidelines, etc.
Identify, engage and secure top hardworking candidates (both passive and active).
Be responsible for attracting and identifying candidates that strive for creativity and understands that every detail matters.
Develop sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting viable candidates for each specific requisition.
Be the search expert for sales and marketing by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements.
Negotiate potential offers and successfully close candidates.
Provide excellent customer service to the hiring teams and ensure a seamless candidate experience for all potential candidates.
The person:
Experience of full-cycle recruiting within sales and marketing in-house or agency background
Successful track record of closing marketing and sales positions
The ability to change gears on short notice and adapt to constantly evolving environments.
High level of empathy, effective and inclusive communication skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience in building and managing a diverse pipeline
Think critically, adapt easily to changing priorities, optimise their own time and enjoy collaborating
Passion for data and experience influencing data-driven decision making with analysis and rapid research
Recruiting experience in a fast-pace, productive environment.
Attention to detail is required and demonstrate meticulous organisation skills.
Proven experience in partnering optimally with all types of teams and levels of professionals.
