Our client who is based within the Public Sector, have a temporary role for a Recruitment and Event Coordinator which is based in Glasgow. This is a temporary assignment for 3-6 months and the rate of pay will be GBP12.64ph. Hours of work will be Mon - Fri, 9am to 5pm.

Main duties and responsibilities:
Support the development and delivery of a calendar of recruitment and conversion events. This will involve event management and updating MS teams to show progress against assigned tasks.
Co-ordinate Faculty input into flagship events such as Open Days (Undergraduate and Postgraduate) and Applicant Days.
Creation of materials to support recruitment and conversion activity. This will include presentations, emails, FAQs and briefing materials for academic colleagues, attendees and student ambassadors.
Support the management of the Student Ambassador Scheme, contribute to the recruitment and training of undergraduate and postgraduate students and monitoring their participation in recruitment activities. This includes managing student payments.
Transcribe webinar recordings.
Diary management for the Student Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Strand, setting up meetings with internal stakeholders.
Experience
Experience of coordinating face to face and online events
Ability to work under pressure at peak points throughout the recruitment cycle, to agreed targets
Experience of confident, proactive stakeholder engagement with staff at all levels
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal, telephone and face to face
Well organised, and excellent time management skills
Experience of monitoring and reporting
Experience of coordinating events (face to face/ online)
Knowledge of project management tools such as MS Planner, Asana, Trello
