We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy recruitment agency in central Great Yarmouth.
The job will involve supporting experienced recruitment consultants with all aspects of finding and placing temporary and permanent industrial workers, via job posting, CV searching and social media advertising.
It is essential that you are outgoing and self-confident for this position. It would be useful if you have some experience in a similar role, but this isn't essential, customer service and administration experience are just as important. You should also have strong computer skills and good levels of written English.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm, plus occasional out of hours on call, as and when required. Basic salary is up to GBP23,500, depending on experience, once fully trained and independent you will also earn commission.
Due to the high volume of Eastern European workers we employ, it would be useful if you had a European language such as Romanian, Polish or Lithuanian, but this is not essential.
It would be useful to your career development if you had a driving licence and access to a vehicle, but again this isn't essential and can be gained over time.
