Job: Warehouse Operative (Temporary)
Location: Langley
Hourly Pay: GBP10.00 - GBP11.40
Main Responsibilities:
This role is to start on July 19th - so you must be available from then. You will be working Monday to Friday 08.00 - 16.00.
Working in a very nice environment, your responsibilities will be varied and include:
1. Unloading and receiving of goods, transfer of checked and receipted goods to designated storage or holding areas both administratively and physically; Prepares and packs equipment including demo, new stock, and service loan equipment reporting any deviations from the Company standard
2. Performing administrative duties as necessary to support workshop and customer service activities
3. Handling incoming customer phone calls and customer queries
4. Supports Technical Specialist activities as necessary
5. Liaise with suppliers (stock and repair providers) to ensure SLA and customer commitments are kept
6. Orders parts and stock as required to maintain necessary stock levels
7. Supports team leaders and technical service team in process improvement and increasing customer satisfaction.
Key Skills:
* Good time management skills
* Excellent communications skills
Experience:
* Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.
