Abercynon, South Wales (15 miles north of Cardiff)

£28,352.43 per annum

35 Hours per week (Monday to Friday – Flexitime available)

1 Year Contract Covering Maternity Leave

Due to COVID staff are currently home based.

They’re looking for a Housing Officer who will provide a proactive customer focused service to tenants and our communities to ensure that their allocations and management activities are undertaken fairly, in an appropriate manner and in line with current housing legislation, their policies, procedures and their values. You will develop effective relationships internally and externally to enable a proactive and non-judgemental tenancy management service to their many customers. You must have relevant and proven experience within the social housing/income recovery/welfare benefits /money advice sector and/or a HNC in Housing Studies or an equivalent qualification.
