We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Operatives &   Administrators to start as soon as possible. We offer flexible hours, working shifts from Mondays to Sundays.

You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, you will also be communicating with GP's, healthcare professionals, as well as dealing with calls from clients and patients.

Ideally you will have previous administration experience, be thorough will an elevated level of attention to detail.

You will receive constant training, to ensure you are supported in your new role. In additional to developing softer skills to draw upon throughout your career.

Skills and Experience: Excellent customer service, experience with call handling, must be computer literate and excellent communicator over the telephone. You must be able to show sensitivity and understanding and want to work as part of a high-performing team.

If you are successful in this role a DBS check will be required
