Description
Assistant Billing Manager responsibilities:
Managing and over-seeing the transactional/billing team within finance.
Streamline revenue streams to improve efficiency.
Ensure all revenue coding is accurate and correct.
Manage all escalations and queries which arise.
Rectify any billing errors which are highlighted.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Attend weekly calls with finance and credit control to assess organisations debt position.
Manage and audit pricing amendments on a regular basis.Profile
As a Assistant Billing Manager you will have;
Experience within Billing
Managerial/Supervisory experience
Experience using SAP - desirable
Good communication, interpersonal and management skills.
Have the ability to plan and own work as well as the teams work
The ability to work on their own initiativeJob Offer
Salary is up to GBP35,000
25 Days Holiday (plus bank holidays)
