We are looking to recruit a confident adminitrator with financial experience to support our client in the Worcester area on an ongoing temporary basis. This role will be largely based at home.

GBP10.11 per hour for the first 12 weeks service
GBP11.11 per hour for post 12 week's service
Shift pattern:
Mon to Fri - 08.00 - 17.00 with an hour for lunch
Duties are:-
Provide administrative support to the department and where applicable the
business.
Handle all relevant internal and external customer interactions including invoicing
for works completed, managing customer accounts and dealing with customer
enquiries.
Maximise opportunities to reduce unpaid revenue and collection of debt.
Increase productivity and profitability by identifying and implementing continuous
improvement initiatives.
Actively contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.Requirements
The candidate must be IT literate with previous Financial Administration experience and
preferably with experience of SAP & CRM.
The successful candidate will be customer focused, committed and highly self-motivated with
the ability to demonstrate a flexible approach to changing business needs. They must be
able to keep pace in a fast moving environment, be able to communicate their skills and
cope with ever changing workloads & deadlines. Must be able to demonstrate a continuous
improvement mind-set.
Good level of education with Maths and English GCSE at Grade C or above (or equivalent).
