Job Title: Sales Office & Accounts Admin
Location: Nottingham
Salary: GBP20K-GBP25K DOE
37.5 hours/week. (8.30m to 5pm) Monday to Thursday 8.30 to 1.30pm Fridays
The Company
Our client is a long established and leading in-house manufacturer of specialist equipment for the printing industry. A new position has arisen within their Sales Office / Accounts department. This presents an ideal opportunity for a candidate to join a professional and internationally focused organisation that will foster and develop their talent.
The Role
Supporting all Office Administrative functions including filing, telephone answering creating Internal Sales orders, producing invoices and order acknowledgments through to dispatch documentation. Liaising with transport providers and communicating internally and externally to ensure smooth dispatch of goods. etc.
Use of computer systems including MS Office, CRM & Sage 50 or equivalent accounts package and Adobe.
Knowledge of Producing Export paperwork, invoicing, creating delivery notes etc.; is a key requirement.
Supporting internal and external customers with relevant documentation etc.
Working with other business functions as required.
Experience in an account's environment ideally with Purchase ledger
