My Client is well established, industry leading manufacturing company. Based in Newton Aycliffe, they have seen year on year success, with further growth plans for 2021/22. The offer a range of services from Design through to Manufacturing and finally Fiitting. This has given the company opportunities to service a multitude of sectors, with a client base stretching across the UK. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Office Administrator to join their team on a Permanent basis.

This opportunity gives you the chance to work with a nationally recognized company who have supplied their products into major projects throughout the UK.

Main Duties:

* Reception duties

* General customer enquiries by telephone and email

* Scanning, filing, retrieval and upkeep of paper records

* Shredding

* Photocopying

* Inputting sales orders and confirming orders and delivery dates to customers

* Tracking customer deliveries and follow up proof of deliveries when requested

* Daily matching purchase invoices and delivery notes in readiness for closing off at month end

* Daily inputting of all purchase invoices and credit notes onto sage

* Receiving and distributing the incoming post

* Invoicing and filing on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

* Scan, file, and shred delivery notes and PPC documents at the end of every month

* Ensuring the quote log is kept up to date at all times

* Other duties as required

Role Requirements:

* Experience working in an office environment

* Knowledge of working with Microsoft packages

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment

* Comfortable following a process

* Exceptional organisational skills
