Care Assistant - Newton St Cyres, Exeter, EX5 5AG
Looking for care assistants for our client's fabulous care home situated in Newton St Cyres.
Set in the countryside to the north of Exeter, our clients home judged "Good Overall" by CQC stands in 6.5 acres of grounds. With ample parking and bus connections they are both accessible and peaceful. The Home is a place that offers their 35 residents something incredibly special, working to two core values, to provide outstanding care to residents, and a wonderful place to work for employees.
Pay is between GBP8.91 to GBP10.80, depending on experience and qualifications.
Full and Part time position are available. Days and Nights.
It is crucial that you are compassionate, friendly and treat the people they support with the integrity and respect they deserve. We are looking for individuals who are able to work effectively as part of a team and can adapt their communication style depending on who they are dealing with. If you can marry these qualities together you have the ingredients to be a great care assistant.
You will have:
A compassionate and caring personality
Have previous experience within the care industry (desirable but not essential as training will be provided)
The patience and understanding to help individuals.
To want to bring a daily smile to every resident whom you care for and brighten up their day.Benefits:
