Salary: Up top GBP45,000 with car and bonuses

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to join a busy Air Conditioning Company based in a commutable distance to Milton Keynes

This Air Conditioning Company works on planned and reactive maintenance projects for sites that include Offices, Schools, Retail, and Manufacturing as well as other commercial sites

We are looking for a driven Service Manager who has a strong technical background in Air Conditioning. They will be required to support the engineers and clients on technical issues as well as Risk Assessments & Site Surveys, Deal with Health and Safety Issues, Training plans, Organising rota's, Client Meetings, Basic upselling, On site engineer assessments

This person will be running a team of up to 10 engineers as well as administrators

Requirements

Strong working background in Air Conditioning
Already experienced in a Management position
Must have good technical knowledge
Needs to be client focused
Holding an Air Conditioning Qualification would be preferred
Based in a short commute to the Milton Keynes or Northampton Area
Full UK Driving licence
