Internal Recruiter - Contract

Blusource are working with a great engineering business based in Burton-On-Trent to help them find a Internal Recruiter for a 3-6 Month contract to help them bring on at least 30 new niche hires by the end of the year. Initially this role will be office based, but once up to speed hybrid working will be set into place.

You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment. Experience in recruiting in the engineering industry is highly desirable, but not a necessity.

The role will consist of the following:

Point of contact for all vacancies and liaison with external recruitment agencies, Resource Planners and HR team
Shortlist CVs and assess candidate suitability
Provide shortlist of suitable candidates to Hiring Managers for interview
Coordinate interview scheduling
Work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth Onboarding process for new hires
Develop effective candidate pipeline to ensure engagement throughout the end to end process
Drive best recruitment practice within the business
Ensure resource tracking data is kept up to date and accurate at all timesIf this role is of an interest, apply below
