Recruitment account coordinator
We are looking for a Recruitment account coordinator to work in our on site office at our clients premises in Worksop S802RS
As a recruitment account coordinator you will need to have:
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Positive can do attitude
Ability to work productively under pressure and to tight deadlines
Keen eye for detail
Ability to manage a team and lead from the front
The ability to think and react quickly to customer needs
Good interactive team skills
Ability to speak to people at different levels with confidence
Time management skills and the ability to manage own work load
Excellent organization skills
Commitment to a flexible approach to the working day
Good relationship building skills
Good knowledge of MS office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)Details:
Pay: up to GBP25,000 pro rata (depending on experience) plus GBP2,000 KPI based bonus after probation passed
Working Hours:Monday - Friday 08:15-17:15 - (Some evening work will be required one day a week)
Location: Worksop S802RS
Duration: PermanentRole of a recruitment account coordinator:
Full responsibility for updating, maintaining and submitting payroll daily and weekly
Booking flexi workers for shifts
Ensuring all shifts are fully booked to the client requirements
Managing workers time and attendance
Updating various reports and trackers using excel
Attending client meetings
Advertising and pre screening candidates
Assisting with interviewing & inducting new candidates
Responsible for managing small team of supervisorsStandard Benefits
