Recruitment Divisional Manager (Home Based)- Humres Technical Recruitment

OTE GBP50k - GBP100k per annum

Basic Salary GBP30K to GBP35K

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Divisional Manager to oversee an established blue collar division that has been built up over the last 15 years. We provide engineers across a number of different disciplines that would include Fire, Security, Lifts, Catering, Gas and Building Services

As a successful niche recruitment agency, we know that talented people are our greatest asset.

We are looking for home based experienced recruiter who is comfortable in a senior leadership role to take full ownership of this division.You will be managing a remote work force using different data as a performance metric.

The role

Initially you will inherit a team of 5 recruiters with varied level of experience and we are looking to grow this team to 10 - 15 consultants.

Your team will be given candidates daily that are looking for a new roles and also provided with leads of companies who are currently recruiting.

You will be expected to build long term relationship and make the business the go to recruiter for engineering recruitment.

Ideally you would have previously worked in a leadership role and have previously grown and developed recruitment teams.

We would also expect you to lead from the front and contribute to the overall performance of the team. Once the team is settled at the level we anticipate the role will likely develop into a non billing manager role.

You must be comfortable managing a remote team and using technology to help you do so.
