The part you'll play in achieving our transformation will be a responsibility for ensuring the co-ordination and sharing of information, in an understandable format for the Supply Chain ensuing that escalation is completed when required. Working closely with various departments within the supply chain, and the wider business, they will ensure that the information is relevant, as well as being a support for the Supply Chain Central Operations team. This will include working with the support team, Continuous Improvement team, Quality Team and Systems support. The Supply Chain Central Operations Co-ordinator will also investigate issues from within the Supply Chain with input from other departments throughout the business. This is a wide and varied role which will interact with various roles throughout the organisation to ensure we are delivering the best customer service possible.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Support the Supply Chain Central Operations team including the quality department, Central Support, Inventory systems as well as the Supply Chain network including the NDC and MDC.
Accountability for ensuring investigations into stock discrepancies are completed within the times lines set.
Completion of Weekly KPI reports for the Supply Chain and Wider business
Investigation into issues looking to understand true Root Cause.
Management of the information flow ensuring that boards are updated within various areas of the distribution centre.
Provide general admin and project support to both the operational teams, but also the transformation projects within the Supply Chain
