An established manufacturing company in Witham are looking to recruit an Engineering Manager into their team. This is a hands-on role with the main purpose being to manage all preventative planned maintenance systems.
Duties:
Manage the team of engineers
Control the work of contractors
Ensuring all maintenance activities are conducted to a high standard
Be proactive in the identification and solutions to maintenance problems
Manage and participate in the call out roster
Ensuring that all critical and recommended spares are maintained
Actively provide technical support to production
Experience required:
Electrically biased
Experienced in crane maintenance and fault finding would be advantageous
Practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical installation and fault finding
Experience managing a team of engineers
