* Supporting the internal and external customer base
* Prioritisation and ownership of issues and requests
* Communication of progress with users
* Working with users from a broad range of technical backgrounds

* Working with external suppliers
* Monitoring and maintaining the smooth running of critical systems
* PC / Laptop builds (including Macs)
* BISS Projects/Tasks: Pragmatic and risk averse approach towards projects and centralised system changes. In collaboration with other departments, identify areas of improvement and driving through developments within current systems, processes or behaviours.
You will need to possess an extremely high level of attention to detail and have a keen eye for continuous improvement opportunities for our client's processes, systems, service and delivery.
It is essential that candidates have the following:
* Recognised IT Qualifications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for documentation
* Proven IT support experience, of both users and infrastructure

Building excellent working relationships and collaborating with both internal and external users is key to success in the role, which will be achieved through a combination of remote and face-to-face interaction.
